This here bag, they call it the YSL MANHATTAN BAG, is somethin’ else. Heard folks talkin’ ’bout it, sayin’ it’s a classic. Well, I reckon it is, kinda like them old-timey things that just stick around forever, you know? Like my old churn, that thing’s been around since I was a girl, and it still works just fine. Now, I seen a lot of bags in my day, from them feed sacks Ma used to sew up for us to carry our books to school, to them fancy leather purses the city folks carry around. I don’t know nothin’ about the YSL history, but this one lady online, she was sayin’ they got bags from way back, the ’60s, she said. That’s a long time ago, I remember that time. And they got new ones, too, from just a little while back. All kinds of bags they got, I reckon. And probably all expensive. Anyway, that’s all I gotta say about these YSL bags. They’re nice, I guess, if you like that kinda thing. Me, I’m happy with my old tote bag. It’s got a hole in the bottom, but it still holds my groceries just fine. That’s all that matters, right?
