My old eyes ain’t what they used to be, but I can still see that this watch is shiny. Real shiny. Like a new penny. They say it’s made outta somethin’ called “white gold”. Imagine that! Gold that’s white. Back in my day, gold was gold. Yellow, like the sun. I don’t know what they think in the city. It’s like they just make stuff up! But it is pretty, I tell you.
